NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN OF A ZONING HEARING AND PUBLIC MEETING of the Paradise Hills Special Zoning District Commission for a Commercial (C-1) Conditional Use Zoning Permit Application Hearing for Hilltop Storage developed by Joint Adventures LLC. The Property Description is: a 4.2 acre tract of vacant land on the east side of Golf Course Road between Irving Blvd and Greene Ave described as Lots 3, 4, 5, 6, and 7, Unit 2, Paradise Hills Investment Properties, Paradise Hills Development, Bernalillo County, New Mexico. The facility will include nine storage buildings comprised of 418 drive-up units of various sizes plus a combined office and manager’s residence. The Paradise Hills Special Zoning District Commission will review the application for a conditional use zoning permit to construct Hilltop Storage. Meeting Date & Time: Tuesday, September 24, 2019 at 7:00pm.Location: Paradise Hills Community Center Annex, 6001 Paradise Blvd NW, Albuquerque, NM 87114. Public comments will be accepted at the meeting. Sign-in for comments will begin at 6:45pm prior to the meeting.Project documents, plans, and application can be accessed at the Paradise Hills Special Zoning District website on the Published Documents page under 2019 Misc Documents: paradisehillsspecialzoning.org.  Questions can be address to PHSZD, P.
