  1. Call to Order, Roll Call by the Commissioners to establish a Quorum.

  3. Vote to Approve any completed Minutes.

  4. Treasures report and continuing expenses.

  5. Resolution to issue of Applications without current Property Owner Authorization(Haley). New projects

  6. Resolution of Issue for Tobacco Zoning Verification

  7. Resident's Complaint Reports received concerning Enforcement Issues.

  8. Draft Complaint Letters; (Haley Recused); (4910 Simon Drive NW (and other neighbors; 5409 Fordham Dr. NW., Columbus NW)

  9. PHSZD zoning permits and business license applications require further Commission review—2022 Closeout of Applications and current backlog.

  10. Continuing Issues with Bernalillo County Permitting (Letter Concerning: PHCC Annex and Bernalillo County Link. Vote to Approve Letters (Haley, Recused)

  11. Proposed Changes on paradisehillsspecialzoning.org

  12. PHSZD zoning and business license applications requiring Commission review (Modulus Architects for Automated Car Wash) Review of application supporting documents. Determination of next steps by Commissioners. (Haley requests recusal.)

  13. Draft revisions to Ordinance. Please see the website. (Haley)

    • Proposed legislative amendments to the existing Ordinance to help with enforcement (Haley). ADUs; Short term rental; Parking in R-1, R-2, and R-3

    • Changes to state zoning statutes to assist the PHSZD. Alternative funding

14. Schedule Paradise Hills Zoning District and PHCA Annual Meeting.
