  1. Call to Order, Roll Call by the Commissioners to establish a Quorum. Vote by the Commissioner present to approve the Agenda

  2. PUBLIC COMMENTS

  3. Vote to approve any completed Minutes.

  4. Treasure’s report or continuing expenses.

  5. Commission action for Resident's Complaint Reports received, and confirmed. Draft Complaint Letters; (Haley Recused); 4910 Simon Drive, NW; 5409 Fordham Dr, NW; 9818 Golf Course Road, NW, La Paz, NW and Justin Drive NW. Approval of enforcement by Commissioners. Draft Final letters (Tabled from April 25, 2023);

  1. PHSZD zoning permits applications current 2023 backlog. Percentage of nonconforming and incomplete applications, and number of manual corrections.

  2. Review Transparency Portal, automation for Complaints, and other proposed website changes on paradisehillsspecialzoning.org

  3. Modulus Architects for Automated Car Wash and Review of application supporting documents. Determination of next steps by Commissioners. (Haley drafted letter and requests recusal from final vote.) Comments from our Counsellor-at-law; (Review of Draft Letter tabled from April 25, 2023)

  4. Changes to state zoning statutes to assist the PHSZD. Alternative funding (tabled from April 25, 2023). Draft Legislation to adjust mil rate and legislative review.

  5. Draft Letter to Bernalillo County for unpaid permit fees.

  6. Further schedule for the next election cycle. (Haley)

  7. Schedule Paradise Hills Zoning District and PHCA Annual Meeting. Tabled from April 25, 2023 Commission Meeting. Update concerning the Bernalillo County Comprehensive Plan

  8. Draft revisions to Ordinance Update. Please see the website. (Haley). The existing Section 16 has been integrated with relevant zoning classification sections. A New Section 16 is modeled on the Santa Fe’s ordinance organization setting aside a section for ordinance regulations “by use or form” (ADUs; Short term rental; Parking in R-1, R-2, and R-3 (Final drafts tabled from April 25, 2023). Technical edits for completed for Sections (1-22) ( tabled from April 25, 2023)
