Draft revisions to Ordinance Update. Please see the website. (Haley). The existing Section 16 has been integrated with relevant zoning classification sections. A New Section 16 is modeled on the Santa Fe’s ordinance organization setting aside a section for ordinance regulations “by use or form” (ADUs; Short term rental; Parking in R-1, R-2, and R-3 (Final drafts tabled from April 25, 2023).
