The Commission will conduct a project review for a proposed addition at 10113 La Paz Dr NW Kathy Cranage Owner Matt Saiz Agent.
Vote to approve any completed Minutes.
Commissioner Reser, if present, will present the Treasurer's report or report on new and continuing expenses.
Commissioner Haley will give a Status Report on ( 1) "OPT-IN" and future mailings via Stannp.com, as well as proposed customer and contact letters. The Commission is collecting signatures to opt into notifications by email for zoning issues.
PHSZD zoning permits applications in the 2023 backlog—the percentage of non-conforming, incomplete applications and the number of manual corrections. PHSZD Commissioners received letters to the vendor and the district, giving the authorization to proceed with a project when two agent authorization letters from different companies are present. Commission discussion regarding answers to questions concerning legal requirements for the update to the Ordinance generated at the last Commission Meeting on November 30, 2023.
The Commission published revisions to the PHSZD Ordinance in September 2023. The Paradise Hills Special Zoning District Commission revised the Paradise Hills Special Zoning District Comprehensive Zoning Ordinance, edited in 2009. The Commission posted half of the draft Ordinance updates on September 21, 2023 and several additional Sections this week. The Commission posted the annotated changes through the Commission's website (Sections 1 through 22). Comments or questions for the record through November. The Paradise Hills Special Zoning District Commission will post the Comprehensive Ordinance 2023 Final Version later this year or the beginning of 2024.. The Commission will schedule the Legislative Hearing to vote on the proposed amendments in December.
