  6. Report and Commissioner discussions on phone and email Inquiries:

  7. Commissioners will approve updates to the PHSZD Complaint Document (Version July 2026)

  8. The Commission will discuss Community Land Trusts approved in the 2026 Code of Comprehensive Zoning Ordinances, and discuss the viability of the conversion of an existing HOA/Condo Associations to CLTs.

  9. Commissioner Haley will present a report on the list of minor text edits in the approved 2026 Code of Comprehensive Zoning Ordinances so that the Commission can formally vote on them. Minor text edits are: changes in numbering, corrections of grammar, spelling, or omitted words from earlier approved and retained ordinance sections. Text edits are not new changes in regulations.

  10. Commissioners will discuss edits and revisions required by legislation passed in the last session concerning permits for daycare homes and facilities, and will make the Ordinance consistent with current State Zoning Statute legislative requirements.

  11. The Commission website is under construction. Commissioners will be posting the final documents for the effective Date of the Code of Comprehensive Zoning Ordinances of the Paradise Hills Special Zoning District.

  12. The Commission will discuss the incomplete information currently published on the Bernalillo County Zone Maps for the PHSZD and steps to update them. Commissioner Baker is heading the Zone Map update project.

  13. The Commission will discuss the steps for various new trail systems within the zoning district and the possible funding and upgrade of existing unimproved parks and trails.

  14. Adjourn to the next scheduled meeting
