Public Meeting Agenda
Call to Order; Roll Call by the Commissioners to establish a Quorum. Â
Proceed with a vote to approve the Agenda (a crucial step that sets the course of the meeting and ensures all topics are covered).
Public comments (General questions will be answered; please reserve public comments to those relating to the application for Storage Facility located at 10100 Golf Course Road.
 Reports on the pending application (Commissioners).
Conditional Use, 10100 Golf Course Road, JOINT ADVENTURES LLC
Review and approve completed minutes.
Commissioners will approve updates to the PHSZD Site Plan Regulation Document (Version 5, May 2026)
Commissioner Haley will present a report on the list of minor text edits in the approved 2026 Code of Comprehensive Zoning Ordinances so that the Commission can formally vote on them. Minor technical edits will be discussed by section. (Deferred from May 14, 2026, to June 18, 2026).
Commissioners will approve edits and revisions required by legislation passed in the last session concerning permits for daycare homes and facilities. The Commission will discuss whether to make the Code of Comprehensive Zoning Ordinances of the Paradise Hills Special Zoning District consistent with current Bernalillo County revisions. The Commission will discuss the steps for revisions made mandatory by state statute changes and regulatory changes due to state-wide legislation.
The Commission will discuss the incomplete information currently published on the Bernalillo County Zone Maps for the PHSZD and steps to update them. Commissioner Baker is heading the Zone Map update project.
