Public Meeting Agenda

  1. Call to Order; Roll Call by the Commissioners to establish a Quorum.  

  2. Proceed with a vote to approve the Agenda (a crucial step that sets the course of the meeting and ensures all topics are covered).  

  3. Reports on pending applications (Commissioners).

    1. Conditional Use, 10100 Golf Course Road, JOINT ADVENTURES LLC

    2. 6101 Paradise Blvd. RFI

    3. 5625 Paradise Blvd. (Health and Safety Inspection for Food Truck Clearance); future leasing.

  4. There will be discussion by Commissioners of:

    1. Commissioner comments or questions concerning pending or current Applications.

    2. Closeout of 2025 and possible external reporting.

  5. General Public Comments

  6. The Commission will discuss revising the Sections on Community Land Trusts to be approved rather than reserved in the 2026 Code of Comprehensive Zoning Ordinances, and discuss the viability of the conversion of existing HOA/Condo Associations to CLT's.

  7. Commissioner Haley will update the complete Draft Ordinance Revisions, Posted Revisions, Draft Resolution, Draft Notification Letter, Draft Advertisement and Draft Notification and Public Meeting Schedule.

  8. The Commissioners will discuss the plans for posting, notification, advertisement, public comment, amendments, any future legal reviews, and public meetings (middle of February).

  9. The Commissioners will asks individual questions concerning the Ordinances and state statutes.

  10. The Commissioners will vote to authorize the timeline and notification documents and schedule for the revised PHSZD Ordinance.

  11. The Commission will discuss New Business and Announcements from the City of Albuquerque, Bernalillo County, and the Legislative Session

  12. Adjourn
