  1. Call to Order, Roll Call by the Commissioners to establish a Quorum.  

  2. Proceed with a vote to approve the Agenda, a crucial step that sets the course of the meeting and ensures all topics are covered.

  15. Commission's discussion and Resolution 2025_9_001 on current Requests for Information (RFI), directed to the Commission: (1) Requests from outside entities and elected officials without legal jurisdiction, (2) Requests for Information exclusive to the Commission and updates to Complaints,

  16. Draft RFP regarding Hilltop Storage Conditional Use

  17. Requests via IPRA to the Bernalillo County Sheriff's Department, or other Government Entities concerning problem property 9968 and discuss a legal review of 9968 Bellevue. The Commissions will discuss Commissioner Haley's conversation with Cynthia Borrego and possible revision to the state zoning statute and Governor's Housing initiatives and Behavioral Health Initiatives

  18. The Commission will discuss a Governing Agreement with Bernalillo County re. enforcement and other issues. All other zoning district have such agreements.

  19. PUBLIC COMMENTS  

  20. Vote to approve completed Minutes and discuss any proposed corrections.

  21. Commissioners will discuss the Draft Commissioner's Handbook and PHSZD Plan of Operation

  22. Commissioner's introduction of new Commission Business

  23. Adjourn to Work Session on Proposed Ordinance Revisions


  1. Work Session on Proposed Ordinance Revisions

  2. The Commission will post the complete Draft Ordinance Revisions. The Commissioners will comprehensively discuss the small editorial changes to the revised PHSZD Ordinance.

  3. The Commission will discuss sending the Draft 2025 PHSZD Comprehensive Zoning Ordinance to Legal Review.

  4. The commissioner will discuss the review period and plans for posting, notification, legal review, advertisement, public comment and public meetings (early October). The Commission will draft A resolution to accept the Ordinance to be posted fifteen days prior to the final Public hearing. The Resolution should also have a legal review by Legal Council.
