Commissioner Haley will present an audit of Complaints from the last 24 months
Commissioners will discuss:
Procedures for responding to individual complaints once the 2026 PHSZD Code is approved
Commissioner comments or questions concerning pending or current complaints.
Closeout of 2025 and (state, city and county statutes on reporting and audits)
Approval of current letters formats (Dear Neighbor Letters).
Additional steps to complete investigations of unresolved complaints
Commissioner Haley will present a report on the list of text edits so the Commissions can formally vote on them.
Commissions Reser and Fleck will report on digital data tracking for payments.
Commissions will discuss the online meeting format, costs, records, and online features.
Adjourn to next scheduled meeting
