    2. Arjane Malit inquiry concerning short-term rentals

  6. Commissioner Haley will present an audit of Complaints from the last 24 months

    Commissioners will discuss:

    1. Procedures for responding to individual complaints.

    2. Commissioner comments or questions concerning pending or current complaints.

    3. Approval of current letters formats (Dear Neighbor Letters).

    4. Additional steps to complete investigations of unresolved complaints.

  7. Closeout of 2025 and (state, city and county statutes on reporting and audits)

  8. Commissioner Haley will present a report on the list of text edits so the Commissions can formally vote on them.

  9. Commission's closeout of Commissioner's Fleck's lap top and digital data. Resolution and checklist for exiting Commissioners

  10. Commissions will discuss the online meeting format, costs, records, and online features.

  11. Adjourn to next scheduled meeting
