Public Meeting Agenda
Call to Order; Roll Call by the Commissioners to establish a quorum.
Proceed with a vote to approve the Agenda.
Public comments (please reserve comments concerning a listed application until the project is addressed on the meeting's agenda).
A topic will be the agent's response to the PHSZD Commission's request for information (RFI) for 10100 Golf Course Road NW, an undeveloped site and will include the following topics:
The pending future conditional use request for a proposed expanded storage facility.
The PHSZD Commission issued a conditional use for a smaller storage facility, but the time expired for development, and the current proposed facility has an expanded footprint on the site. The final vote will take place at a Conditional Use Hearing to be scheduled.
The Commission will discuss the Paradise Hills Special Zoning District's requirements for a Conditional Use Hearing.
The requirements follow the Comprehensive Zoning Code of Ordinances of the Paradise Hills Special Zoning District, and there are prescribed procedures and notifications in the Ordinances and the PHSZD Draft Commissioner's Handbook. The Commission will review both sources.
Commissioner Haley will make reports on pending applications. Additional applications may be added or deleted from the list at the time of the meeting, but no administrative action may occur outside of a regular meeting.
New Business. The Commission may discuss but cannot approve New Business until an item is listed on an agenda of a posted PHSZD Commission meeting.
The Commission approved a notification letter for noncompliant properties with conditions outlined in the PHSZD Ordinance, Division VII, Administration and Enforcement, Section 38: Nuisance, Abatement and Enforcement. At the next scheduled regular meeting, the Commission will approve letters for the five to ten properties with the most acute violations.
