Proposed legislative amendments to the existing Ordinance to help with enforcement (Haley). The existing Section 16 has been integrated with relevant sections and a New Section 16 is modeled on the Santa Fe’s organization setting aside a section for ordinance regulations “by use or form” (ADUs; Short term rental; Parking in R-1, R-2, and R-3 (Final drafts tabled from April 25, 2023).
