Vote to approve completed Minutes and discuss any proposed corrections.
Commissioners will discuss the Draft Commissioner's Handbook and PHSZD Plan of Operation
Commissioner's introduction of new Commission Business
Commissions will vote to approve a Notification Letter for the Update of the 2025 Comprehensive Zoning Ordinance of the Paradise Hills Special Zoning District
The Commission will discuss another problem property on Paseo del Norte
Adjourn to Work Session on Proposed Ordinance Revisions
Work Session on Proposed Ordinance Revisions
The Commission will post the complete Draft Ordinance Revisions.
The Commissioners will review the timeline and notification documents and schedule for the revised PHSZD Ordinance.
The Commissioners will discuss the plans for posting, notification, legal review, advertisement, public comment and public meetings (early January). The Commission will draft A PHSZD Resolution to accept the Ordinance, the resolution to be posted fifteen days prior to the final Public hearing. The Resolution should also have a legal review by Legal Council.
