  1. Call to Order, Roll Call by the Commissioners to establish a Quorum.  

  2. Proceed with a vote to approve the Agenda, a crucial step that sets the course of the meeting and ensures all topics are covered.  

  3. The Commission shall review pending applications requiring a determination by the Commission:

  16. Commissioner Haley will report information from the Legal Review. Commissioners will schedule a full Commission review with PHSZD Attorney

  17.  Requests via IPRA to the Bernalillo County Sheriff's Department, or other Government Entities concerning problem property located at 9968 Bellevue.

  18. PUBLIC COMMENTS  

  19. Vote to approve completed Minutes and discuss any proposed corrections.

  20. Commissioners will discuss the Draft Commissioner's Handbook and PHSZD Plan of Operation

  21. Commissioner's introduction of new Commission Business

  22. Commissions will vote to approve a Notification Letter for the Update of the 2025 Comprehensive Zoning Ordinance of the Paradise Hills Special Zoning District

  23. The Commission will discuss another problem property on Paseo del Norte

  24. Adjourn to Work Session on Proposed Ordinance Revisions


  1. Work Session on Proposed Ordinance Revisions

  2. The Commission will post the complete Draft Ordinance Revisions.

  3. The Commissioners will review the timeline and notification documents and schedule for the revised PHSZD Ordinance.

  4. The Commissioners will discuss the plans for posting, notification, legal review, advertisement, public comment and public meetings (early January). The Commission will draft A PHSZD Resolution to accept the Ordinance, the resolution to be posted fifteen days prior to the final Public hearing. The Resolution should also have a legal review by Legal Council.
