Public Meeting Agenda
Call to Order, Roll Call by the Commissioners to establish a Quorum.
Proceed with a vote to approve the Agenda, a crucial step that sets the course of the meeting and ensures all topics are covered.
The Commission shall review pending applications requiring a determination by the Commission: Report on applications
Conditional Use, 10100 Golf Course Road, JOINT ADVENTURES LLC
New Project: 6101 Paradise Blvd
There will be discussion by Commissioners of:
Pending Zoning Applications
Commissioner comments or questions concerning Applications
Closeout of 2025 and possible external reporting.
General Public Comments
Commissioner Haley will update the complete Draft Ordinance Revisions.
The Commission will discuss the the legal position of the Commission and its specific delegations under state statute and continuing coordination with the County.
The Commissioners will asks individual questions concerning the Ordinances and state statutes.
The Commissioners will review the timeline and notification documents and schedule for the revised PHSZD Ordinance.
The Commissioners will discuss the plans for posting, notification, future legal reviews, advertisement, public comment and public meetings (end of January).
The Commission will review a draft of a PHSZD Resolution to accept the Ordinance. The resolution to be posted fifteen days prior to the final Public hearing. The Resolution should also have a legal review by Hess Yntema.
The Commission will discuss future steps such as a joint powers agreement with Bernalillo County and meetings with the County Assessor and others.
