  2. Proceed with a vote to approve the Agenda, a crucial step that sets the course of the meeting and ensures all topics are covered.

  24. Commissioners will discuss the Draft Commissioner's Handbook and PHSZD Plan of Operation

  25. Commissioner's introduction of new Commission Business

  26. Commissions will vote to approve a Notification Letter for the Update of the 2025 Comprehensive Zoning Ordinance of the Paradise Hills Special Zoning District

  27. The Commission will discuss another problem property on Paseo del Norte

  28. Adjourn to Work Session on Proposed Ordinance Revisions


  1. Work Session on Proposed Ordinance Revisions

  2. The Commission will post the complete Draft Ordinance Revisions.

  3. The Commissioners will review the timeline and notification documents and schedule for the revised PHSZD Ordinance.

  4. The commissioner will discuss the plans for posting, notification, legal review, advertisement, public comment and public meetings (early November). The Commission will draft A PHSZD Resolution to accept the Ordinance, the resolution to be posted fifteen days prior to the final Public hearing. The Resolution should also have a legal review by Legal Council.
