The Commission will review the Draft RFP regarding Hilltop Storage Conditional Use

Commissions will to approve a Notification Letter for the Update of the 2025 Comprehensive Zoning Ordinance of the Paradise Hills Special Zoning District
The Commission will discuss another problem property on Paseo del Norte
Adjourn to Work Session on Proposed Ordinance Revisions
Work Session on Proposed Ordinance Revisions
The Commission will post the complete Draft Ordinance Revisions.
The Commissioners will review the timeline and notification documents and schedule for the revised PHSZD Ordinance.
The Commission will discuss sending the Draft 2025 PHSZD Comprehensive Zoning Ordinance to Legal Review.
The commissioner will discuss the plans for posting, notification, legal review, advertisement, public comment and public meetings (early November). The Commission will draft A PHSZD Resolution to accept the Ordinance, the resolution to be posted fifteen days prior to the final Public hearing. The Resolution should also have a legal review by Legal Council.
