The Commissioners will comprehensively discuss the PHSZD Ordinance Appendix, containing the PHSZD Commissioner's Handbook for Public Meetings, Legislative Meetings, Quasi-judicial Meetings and Administrative Appeals, and PHSZD Project Review Standards and Procedures Manual containing administrative procedures.
