Public Meeting Agenda
Call to Order, Roll Call by the Commissioners to establish a Quorum.
Proceed with a vote to approve the Agenda, a crucial step that sets the course of the meeting and ensures all topics are covered.
PUBLIC COMMENTS
Commission's discussion and Resolution 2025_9_001 on Current Requests for Information (RFI), directed to the Commission: (1) Requests from outside entities and elected officials without legal jurisdiction, (3) Requests for Information exclusive to the Commission and updates to Complaints, and (4) requests via IPRA to the Bernalillo County Sheriff's Department, or other Government Entities concerning problem properties.
The Commission will discuss a legal review for a letter to State Senator Block and the property owner, and other possible oversight agencies
The Commission will discuss a Governing Agreement with Bernalillo County re. enforcement and other issues. All other zoning district have such agreements.
The Commission will discuss a legal review for Hilltop Storage.
The Commission will discuss a legal review for the owners of 9968 Bellevue.
The Commission will discuss issues related to the upcoming Local Election

Work Session on Proposed Ordinance Revisions
The Commission will post the complete Draft Ordinance Revisions by Friday, September 12, 2025. The Commissioners will comprehensively discuss the small editorial changes to the revised PHSZD Ordinance.
The Commission will send the Draft 2005 PHSZD Comprehensive Zoning Ordinance to Hess Yntema by Friday, September 12, 2025. The commissioner will discuss the review period and plans for posting, notification, legal review, advertisement, public comment and public meetings (early October). The Commission will draft A resolution to accept the Ordinance to be posted fifteen days prior to the final Public hearing. The Resolution should also have a legal review by Legal Council.
