This is a Work Session. There will be no discussion of :
Pending Zoning Applications
No Public Comments or Questions
The Commission will post the complete Draft Ordinance Revisions.
The Commission will discuss the the legal position of the Commission and its specific delegations under state statute and continuing coordination with the County.
The Commission will asks individual questions concerning the Ordinances and state statutes
The Commissioners will review the timeline and notification documents and schedule for the revised PHSZD Ordinance.
The Commissioners will discuss the plans for posting, notification, future legal reviews, advertisement, public comment and public meetings (Middle of January). The Commission will draft A PHSZD Resolution to accept the Ordinance, the resolution to be posted fifteen days prior to the final Public hearing. The Resolution should also have a legal review by Hess Yntema.
The Commission will discuss future steps such as a joint powers agreement with Bernalillo County and meetings with the County Assessor and others.
